Newer PA teachers: Level I converts to Level II on 24 post-baccalaureate credits from a regionally accredited, degree-granting institution — these qualify, and the same credits apply to your Act 48 record. Most PA salary schedules also advance on graduate credits: renew the license and move the lane.
